Worth getting dirty

When creativity and innovation collide, amazing ideas emerge. Check out one of the coolest concepts I have since in long time. This print by Roland Tiangco is so unique - you complete the poster by revealing the spot varnished type with your hands as they get dirty from unwrapping it. It totally reminds me of the paper I had as a kid that you paint with water and all the colours would magically appear. This is the first of a series - I can't wait to see the others.

Spread the love

Last Friday, I was commenting on this adorable print that my friend had on her desk. You may have come to notice - I am "in love" with "love" art of all kinds. Just my luck, she picked it up at the Picasso Museum in Barcelona...

When I arrived in the office on Monday, a little birdie had left me a lovely surprise. What a fantastic way to start my week!

She couldn't get me the print - so she made me something even better. How cute is this wire love bracelet? Mia, you are super creative and very talented. Thank you so much for the thoughtful gift! I LOVE IT.

What's are you afraid of?

This book by Nedko Solakov caught my eye at Indigo the other day. 99 Fears is a compilation of ink drawings depicting real and imagined fears, phobias and insecurities of everyday life. It's a little dark and strange but something about it wonderfully beautiful and charming.

"What a (temporary) relief! I will be able to be scared in the future too."
"Two people are dancing. They feel especially happy because they left all their daily fears aside in order to feel more free and relaxed. They will collect the fears back later."
